More Glutamine (2 g)--an amino acid that is abundant in muscle tissue and is responsible for muscle recovery and repair. According to current research, glutamine is important in the maintenance of skeletal muscle protein levels. After intense exercise, glutamine may increase immune system strength, cell growth and protein synthesis.

More Taurine (500 mg)--another amino acid that can have an effect on muscle performance. A significant loss of taurine may decrease the ability of muscles to contract as well lower the acid’s insulin-mimicking qualities that may be important for nutrient transport. By offsetting this loss of taurine, Betagen HP increases the benefits of high intensity exercise including muscle strength and lean mass gain.

Usage
